This Privacy Policy explains how AIMAS Technologies (“AIMAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aimastecnologias.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. It does not cover data processed on behalf of clients as part of an AI agent engagement — that processing is governed by the separate Master Services Agreement, statement of work, or data processing addendum signed with that client (see Section 5).
AIMAS Technologies designs and deploys multi-agent AI orchestration systems for organizations in high-accountability environments, including nonprofits, regulated industries, and cross-border enterprises across the United States and Latin America. AIMAS is based in Albany, New York, and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at [email protected].
Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, organization, work email address, the agent or service you’re interested in, and any details you share about your challenge or use case.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps, for security and site-reliability purposes.
Comments. If our blog accepts comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form along with your IP address and browser user agent string, which we use to help detect spam.
We use the information we collect to: respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form; schedule and prepare for introductory calls; understand which AIMAS agents or services are generating interest; maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for unrelated marketing without your consent.
The Site loads the Montserrat typeface from Google Fonts and may embed content such as our LinkedIn page; these third-party services can receive your IP address when their resources load, independently of any cookie. If you log in to the Site (for example, as an administrator), WordPress sets functional cookies to keep you signed in and remember your display preferences; these are strictly necessary for the Site to work and contain no personal data beyond what is needed for that purpose. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
When an organization engages AIMAS to design, deploy, or operate AI agents, those agents may process the client’s own business data (for example, documents, CRM records, or communications) in order to perform the agreed services. In that context, AIMAS typically acts as a service provider/processor on the client’s behalf, and the scope, security measures, retention, and handling of that data are defined in the engagement’s Master Services Agreement, statement of work, or data processing addendum — not by this website Privacy Policy. If you are an end user affected by an AIMAS agent deployed by one of our clients, please direct privacy requests to that organization in the first instance.
We share personal information only with: service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to inquiries (for example, hosting, email, and spam-filtering providers), each bound to use the data only to provide that service; professional advisors where necessary; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
AIMAS operates across the United States and Latin America, and the service providers described above may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for these transfers.
We retain contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Comment data is retained so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically. We retain other information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the personal information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue we identify.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information can be sent to [email protected] or to AIMAS Technologies, Albany, New York.
